Green beans...

 Love the look and taste of them, and if you haven't had freshly canned green beans, you are really missing out.  However, the picking of them is decidedly relaxing and slow.  It forces you to sit and become machinistic almost, just pick and throw and move down a little in the row.  But is it worth it?  Absolutely!
