The last of the Elberta peaches....

Since last Monday was the last box for the spring and they were ripe, we froze the last two bushels off the tree.  Just sliced them up, laid them on parchment lined baking sheets and froze them.  Take them out, put in ziploc bags and use in any way you would use frozen peaches.  Warm them up  and put over ice cream, smoothies, slice up to put in oatmeal.  The possibilities are endless.
