Yes, triple wash all greens. This is beautiful, lovely kale...it's what's for dinner.
Just fill up a sink full of water to cover the greens, swish around.
Put the tough stems in the chicken food bucket or chop them finely to add to soups, etc.
Move them from one full sink of water to the other leaving the soil at the bottom, rinse out the sink. Do this three times. Then simply sautee a bit in a pan with garlic or spices or put in a towel lined container in the fridge to use during the week.
