It's onion season....

and they love the drip irrigation system we have now.  We love them raw, sauteed, baked, grilled, you name it.  We have some great varieties this year from Greg and Travis over at Hoss Tools  They have really helped us get started on the drip tape irrigation system.  This helps us keep our costs down with water usage and labor.  So, it's hooray for onions week at the farm.
