Oh, how we love fall, it's almost kale season...
Kale is a very utilitarian vegetable. We love to use it in juices, saute's, casseroles, etc. Kale loves cool weather and loves to be "massaged" before using in fresh salads. Chop it finely or place in a food processor for a detox salad and toss it with fresh lemon juice.
Most people, when starting a healthy way of eating, try to eliminate the "bad" foods. However, I have found it best when we add "good" foods first.
Try it. Add some kale to your menu daily.
