Pastured Pork, it's what's for dinner

 

We love our little animals around here.  We are also so very grateful for the nutrition they bring to us and our members.  We try not to name them anything that would make us very sad when they have to go and serve as protein for someone.  Usually they get names like "Baconator" or something similar. We really miss the days the boys were in 4-h.  It's spring.  It's time for all of your local 4-h and FFA kiddos to be selling their animals.  This is such a great organization.  Check out your local 4-h or check your local Ag class in your area to find the sales.  It really helps these kids.
