Peppers

 Summertime means peppers.  They are coming in nicely.  A lot got blown down by the storms we have had here lately.  However, I learned a new name (to me) for a storm.  A derecho.  Yep, that's what we had.  Straight line winds.  Eerily reminiscent of hurricanes Opal and Erin.  Those were in the day and I could see them.  The rest of the hurricanes for me were in the nighttime. Power outages were everywhere.  The peppers were on the ground, roots exposed, but we've babied them and boosted them up.  Let's see if they recover for our farm members.
