Yes, we used to use newspaper for the greens...

Do you all remember newspapers?  It doesn't seem that long ago, but I guess they are mostly obsolete now with the digital era.  

We used to use them to wrap greens to absorb the moisture, however, we don't source them anymore. We use plain brown kraft paper that we have to purchase or we use plastic bags with a disposable napkin.  

Ahhh, I did love to read a good newspaper while drinking my coffee.  Creature comforts.
