Dehydrating for the simmer pots...

For the Christmas season, I use my Excalibur dehydrator to dehydrate my fruits for our simmer pots

that we sell in the shop and at the local Holiday Haul.

We love this thing.  We use it for jerky, also.  It does a great job.
