The green leafy veggies love this weather.....

This cool weather makes the green leafy veggies grow in abundance.  They love it.  The heat makes them bolt, or set seed early.  They thrive when the temps are in the 70s in the day.  Try some greens in your smoothies.  Eat the tops of carrots in pesto.  Saute' them and slice them in salads.  If you juice, then juice them up!
