Sprouting baby broccoli.....

The broccoli for the spring boxes are coming along nicely.  They are putting on pretty shoots despite that winter storm we had when they were babies.  We lost some, but not all.  So glad to see them rallying.

Broccoli is so good roasted, have you tried it?
