For all the greens lovers..this was one of our boxes in the winter...awwwww winter

We know, that collards, in the south, are typically cooked with bacon or ham hocks.  However, there are many different ways to cook them.  Check out our pinterest page for ideas.

Right now the warmer temps are here and the collards are leaving us, but fruits are growing.  Bring on the tomatoes!
