Rendering tallow for cooking or for soapmaking...

Around here we try to do things as frugally as possible.  So, when we send a beef cow to the butcher, we ask for every part we can to keep.  In this case, we keep all of the white fat.  Then, we render it.  We use this grass fed loveliness for cooking and for soap making.

Tallow soap is the best soap for your skin, in our opinion.
