How do you eat greens?  We get asked all of the time why is the winter box subscripton only five weeks?  Well, it is mostly greens.  Greens love our cooler weather, but surprisingly not many people eat greens on a daily basis.  Most recommendations suggest at least 3 cups of leafy greens for an average woman per day.  I have a feeling that the percentage of people eating this much per day is very low.  So, are you getting enough?  Food for thought, so to speak.
