Cabbage happiness


 Fermented cabbage, enough said, right?  Who doesn't love sauerkraut?  We ferment everything around here.  Have you read the book, "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon?  It is in conjunction with the  Weston A Price Foundation.  It really helps you understand how to get back to traditional eating.
