Spring weather is coming to our area!  Time to start eating lighter foods like lettuces, greens, smoothies, fermented veggies, etc.  It is the time to detox from the winter, heavy root vegetables.  While they are great superfoods and good for us, spring tells us that we are getting ready to move and be outside and soak up the sunshine.  Make some smoothies today!
