New item:  Rutabagas

Today we have rutabagas in your box.  They are young ones.  Use the greens, use the root.

ROSEMARY RUTABAGA “FRIES”
INGREDIENTS:
·         Rutabagas
·         Onion powder
·         Fresh rosemary, chopped
·         Olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1.       Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.       Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3.       Cut your rutabagas into sticks.
4.       Lay them out on your cookie sheet in a single layer.
5.       Using an oil sprayer, mist them with a light coat of olive oil.
6.       Sprinkle with spices and place in the oven.

7.       Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes.   Serve with yogurt or sour cream as a dip. ( we like the dip with added cumin, chili powder and salt and pepper)
