Warm weather means flowering vegetables

and right now our seedlings of cucumbers and tomatoes are readying themselves to be placed in the ground.  Our frost date is a few weeks off, but we may cloche them and see how they do on these cool nights.

We love cucumbers in tzatziki sauce and on sandwiches and salads and fermented.  Got any favorite recipes?
