Homegrown chicken...

A few weeks ago we had a chicken harvest.  They produced around 4-5 lb birds.  To say the taste is amazing and totally different than commercially harvested poultry is an understatement.  We just roast it in a handy cast iron pan.  Roast for about 1 1/2 hours.  Super tender.
