Microgreens...



Microgreens, loaded with polyphenols, nutrients and just basic goodness for you.  In a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, microgreens contained between four to 40 times more nutrients by weight than their fully grown counterparts.  That is just amazing.  We throw them in smoothies, soups, or just eat them as we are harvesting or working in the garden.  Mini little powerhouses of food health.
