Insect pressure is real.

Yep, insect pressure is so real.  Right now it is really bad.  However, once the cool nights come in, it subsides.  So, we use this cloth when we plant, it keeps the moths from laying eggs on our collards and other brassica plants.  It is a good way to keep from having to use any kind of safe insecticide.  It's called integrative pest management and we are brand new students at this type of farming.  I call it, "Anticipation Farming".  That's because you anticipate everything that could happen to your little seedlings and make plans, a then b, then c, etc.

AF for short.  :)

Until next time....
